Paystub Form is an online tool that lets you enter payroll information and generate a downloadable pay stub document. The Service performs calculations based on the information you provide and general payroll rules; it is a document-preparation tool, not a payroll processing, tax filing, or accounting service, and we do not independently verify the accuracy of the information you enter.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@paystubform.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Your Responsibilities; Lawful Use
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you enter into the Service, including all figures relating to income, taxes, and employment. You agree that you will not use the Service to:
- Create a pay stub or other document that misrepresents actual income, employment, or identity for the purpose of fraud, including mortgage, rental, loan, or credit applications, or any other deceptive purpose;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- Violate any applicable law, including tax and employment law; or
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to access it by means other than the interface we provide.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account we reasonably believe is being used in violation of this section.
4. Payments and Refunds
Certain features of the Service require a one-time payment per pay stub; Paystub Form does not charge recurring subscription fees and there is nothing to cancel. Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor, and we do not store your full payment card details. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason, by contacting support@paystubform.com with your order details. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Full details, including timing, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, and templates, is owned by Paystub Form or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business record-keeping purposes. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its templates.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that calculations produced by the Service are accurate, complete, or compliant with the tax laws applicable to your specific situation. Paystub Form is not a substitute for advice from a licensed accountant, payroll professional, or tax advisor.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paystub Form and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paystub Form and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, where the Service is operated from, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in this section removes any consumer protection you are entitled to under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
