This Privacy Policy explains how Paystub Form ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use paystubform.com (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

To generate a pay stub, we collect the information you choose to enter into our forms, which may include: your name and address; your employer's/company's name and address; income and pay-rate information (hourly rate or salary, pay dates, hours worked); your Social Security number, if you choose to include one on your document; and, if you use the direct deposit feature, a bank name, account number, and routing number. We also collect your email address to deliver your order and receipts, and standard technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited — collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to: generate the pay stub document(s) you request; process payment for paid features through a secure third-party payment processor; send you order confirmations, receipts, and support communications; detect and prevent fraud and misuse of the Service; and improve and maintain the Service.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, our hosting provider, our payment processor, and our email delivery provider), each of whom is only permitted to use your information to provide services to us; and law enforcement or other parties when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Paystub Form, our users, or others.

4. Data Retention

We retain the information associated with a generated pay stub for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service — for example, so you can re-download a document you purchased — or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion as described in Section 6 below.

5. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information you provide, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us at support@paystubform.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legitimate business and legal retention needs. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or other state privacy laws.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used, including through Google Tag Manager. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the Service functions.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page.
